That would likely be a mistake and could result in at best a lot of frustration with a custodian not being willing to accept non-compliant LLC documents or at worse a prohibited transaction if the LLC is not structured properly.

These units are generally old homes that have been converted, they were compliant, but not metered separately which was the issue.The next time I encountered this issue was with a small MHP, the owner had 3 trailers on one meter, others were separate.

Welcome to BP, Steve, sorry this took so long.Contracts off the internet or other sources need to be reviewed by a local attorney or perhaps a title/settlement agent, maybe a lender, someone who works with contracts to ensure that state and local laws are followed, the basics of contract content are the same everywhere but by themselves may be non-compliant.
