If we are dreaming let us go ahead and stop outsourcing manufacturing, and stop bringing in unskilled labor by the millions to destroy middle class and working class communities.

Link isn't working, but I was able to find it here: I was just sharing notes with someone else on these forums about things I look for with syndications, and while there is a lot to look at, the first one is: is this an asset class and business plan you want to invest in.  

Looking at your "plan", I can tell you that you took some classes and paid some good $$$ for education.

Most of the housing is comprised of class A residential so the rent to value ratios are not going to be great.

Asset class, price range, neighborhood type, cash flow/appreciation, whether you want a rental portfolio or get into rehabs...It's easier to start from the goals and work backwards.

I have many of my units in C class area and I continue to look there because I have a strong foundation there.

I recommend Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey and consider taking his class Financial Peace University. 

A rental in the B/C class, I would say no.

Of course NYC is now back (not as bad as) to the leftist agenda of encouraging class warfare.
