Are there churches you could connect with the ministers or priests in to let them know you have rentals.

There is a property in my neighborhood that looks abandoned (the door is bolted shut, a front window is cracked, and it's overgrown) that I have been curious about for a while because I live in a higher end area of the city.

If you start, the neighbors will get you shut down in a couple weeks.

I'm in the process of closing my first property (house hacking a SFH in Falls Church) and wanted to get some opinions from you all on homeowner's insurance companies that you like or dislike.

Some of my main goals for 2022 are to continue to find likeminded partners, join a mastermind group, grow my property management business as we are managing all our rentals in-house, bring my brother to the business and start a GC business with him, give back to my church and the community in every single way I can and stay healthy for my family.I will close it out with this message to everyone sitting on the sidelines because of fear; I am also a father of two babies, my wife stays home, and I still have my Engineering Job.
