There are always taxes, unless it is a church.  

The ones we do remove are the ones we put say in a large church exit area or grocery store/big box store parking lot. 

I have taught the Ramsey course at church along with the Crown Ministries course prior to that.First: I use credit cards so I disagree with Dave on this.  

I talked to a church that was selling to Wal-Mart for a mini mart and suggested they sell, they did.

I learned a lot talking to one of the local brokers today:1 - The Pastor who leads the church which is renting at .14c passed away suddenly this weekend. 

We bought an old church building on the main road through town.And remodeled it inside and out.We are very happy to own our building and do not share it with anyone.

Simply put, I get one hour during the day and then have to spend the 5-6 hours a night dividing my time between kids, wife, housework, church, reading and listing to BP, and whatever else I have scheduled. 

I love the Prosperity Church & Davis Lake areas. 

I tried to give the back part of a lot to a church, useless land to me , but the city said that it would reduce the size of the lot enough that would make it less than the required size for the area zoning and they nixed the deal.
