Most properties in liveable or renovated condition receive multiple offers.

I don't have a problem with reasonable protections for tenants from slumlords but those should always be arbitrated by either a court, or maybe an extrajudicial body to free up the courts and hear issues.

Receiving an advice from a CPA with real estate experience for initial setup and occasional guidance, will be great for your objectives.

Hey all.I'm looking to invest in 4-6 syndications in the next 6 months, and would appreciate receiving recommendations on syndication companies that are known, and trustworthy, and preferably that you worked with. 

Although, I had done some due diligence in the process of receiving, installing and the actual benefit of the systems.
