My main question is what are some key words or ideas that I need to have in my deck for my interview and what kind of deal would you make here?

New windows, whether vinyl or wood, trimmed out creatively and well, to hang together with the the trims for entry door, the garage doors and the (new) deck, will go a long way on visual appeal for that house..
