I recently was able to walk a 156 unit in which I'm looking to make a investment in the next few weeks.I'm assuming you are accredited since most syndicators require you to be accredited, but I feel this is the best way for me to get into the multifamily world and also you can add these investments into your resume before starting to do deals yourself.
