If someone wants to pay cash I ask them to get postal money orders and mail them or go to Walmart and get one of their certified checks and mail it.

You don't own the Yankees or 100% of Coca-Cola or Wal-Mart, so whatever you throw your tens of thousands on is a waste.

It is gated and is next to a park, school the police academy, gas station freeway and neighborhood wal-mart.  

You'd avoid going down an aisle of Wal Mart if you saw one there. 

Now before anyone argues the "virtues" of just doing ScamStre... sorry Wall-Street via something like ETF's or whatever, GO TO WALMART, seriously go to Walmarts and when that elderly person greets you at the door, talk to them, ask them how they got there, ask them if they trusted Wall-Street for retirement.

Probably Walmart is the largest employer there.  

I've used Amazon, Walmart and Target depending on what level of quality I wanted to get and how fast I needed it. 

@Laporsha Spiva I have a bank account they put a hold on so much and gave me some.If there is a Wood Forest bank in y’all Wal Mart you can open and account for $5,and then take it all out .I don’t think there’s a limit at Wal Mart because they cash income taxes

If you spend five hours a week on this property, that's $5,200 you could have made stocking shelves at Walmart during that time.
