I'm not sure I'd want to go past 10 STRs ever and I'm trying to decide if it's worth Co-Hosting or just save up for the next one.

The last few years have been great for investors/homebuyers who bought pre-con, but looking back to the few years after the 2014/15 boom, this wasn't the case, where many had actually committed to buying a property that wasn't quite worth what they signed up for closer to closing because the appraisal weren't matching the contract price, requiring a cash top-up.

My client has a property near the hospital where he runs his dental practice and has 6 hospitality units connected on the other end.

So as long as the property is in the continental US and not in one of those states I then look at the population and population growth.

It seems like the North Dallas (where all the buzz seems to be) seem fairly far from downtown Dallas.

The other thing to think about is the length of time you've owned the property.

The land has slightly increased in value (by like maybe 3-4% over 3 or so years) but the value of the structure I'm pretty sure has gone nowhere.
