In the last 150 years we've managed to come from a Horse and Plow to a John Deer, from a Horseless Carriage to an Automobile, from a Bi Plane to a Super Sonic Jet to a rocket to the Moon and back, from the Mayflower to the Queen Mary II. from Black & White TV to Big Screen 3DHDTV, from Super Mario Brothers to an MP3, from a "Big Momma" IBM that took up a square block on Wall & Broad to a tiny IWatch. 

As I pick myself back up to get on the horse I'm looking for any advise or a mentor in the South Suburbs of Chicagoland that I can partner with and learn from.

Or am I putting the cart in front of the horse and I should be doing something else first instead?

We keep domestic animals (dogs, cats, horses) and some animals for food (chickens, pigs, goats) and that's it. 

Hate to beat a dead horse but you should have had this all figured out before bidding at auction.

My wife and I have a horse, and ultimately would like to have a horse property (we really like Corrales) where we can raise our children (no kids yet!).

@Steve Smith as you can see from above, without beating a dead horse, the insurance was not adequate for your rent property.

For now, my cart is so far in front of my horse.  

Policy are much looser than it was before, so i'd reach to the lender and explain and see what options you have before putting the 'horse in front of carriage' type deal.its good to always be prepared but more information is needed if I can give more feedback (and possible others on this board),
