Obviously I want her to know that her and the baby can still take baths but can I legally tell her to watch out and observe when the water is getting close to the overflow valve and let her know that the overflow valve is the MAXIMUM height for the water to go to but not a TARGET or a GOAL for her to let the water get to that height?

And when you're new to real estate, it's harder to separate who's real and who's not, when certain people see a reason to play up to you.I would suggest to go to the meetings, but keep some of that private and observe, learn, meet new people , maybe find a partner, who you feel comfortable with.

I understand that this is difficult to do in the beginning, but if you keep this goal in your sights, you'll eventually find yourself never needing money...Two - I hate to say it, but my observation is that too often, money willing to lend on activities such as flipping and wholesaling is the wrong kind of money.

So my current thoughts are just based on today's observations and could always change later.One of the main reasons I am not a huge Vegas (for investing) fan is because of the extremely homogenous economy, which is primarily centered around the service and gaming industry.
