Given the trend with millennials to own less stuff I am wondering if our self storage demand will start to decrease

(at least in cities where the population isn't declining.)Millennials have fought the last battle as well, where I grew up in an era of 15-20% inflation, homes always went way up in value, we learned to buy. 

I am excited about Miami and south Florida the macroeconomics appear to be strong with job growth and migration from millennials who are primarily renting.

What do lower income Millennials want/need.I know wireless is vital but what else can I do in a class C property to attract Millennials?

Maybe this will have a trickle-down effect for all housing stock in the Portland Metro, jacking up prices for SFRs and pushing millennials and working class people to apartments (Brian's niche).
