Anyone have any group meet ups that happen around the area?

We are considering a new policy at BiggerPockets and request feedback.Idea: Update our website policy such that "Wholesalers" who break forum rules, solicit members, or submit requests to meet agents using our agent finder will be sent a $125 bill for each infraction. 

So with 40 paid off properties and another 40 properties with partners and the other businesses that we own we I should meet that cash flow goal. 

Real- Estate  is a lot tougher game now because of technology now allowing buyers, sellers to access the market using the internet without using agents but  you do have hot areas that can support  more bodies .

There is not chart, there is a website called Vyzer that tracks this if you are an investor and use their platform.I know this does not give you a specific answer of XYZ, but I hope this helpsPS:As a moderator I am not employed by BP but volunteer to moderate the posts to make sure they meet community guidelines.
