I found some legal language I implemented into our month to month lease agreement which basically stated, any guest staying longer than 2 weeks in any 6 month period will be considered a tenant and subject to a $50.00 per week "guest fee."

Any provided fire extinguishers, security alarm systems, and/or carbon monoxide detectors have also been inspected by the Tenant and are in sound working order.

Since the federal law does NOT provide specific guidelines for service dogs and "teams", there's no way that local communities can try to implement any rules that federal law doesn't recognize at all.@ Calvin Ozanick, you can NOT request documentation "for the animal in question" because under federal law, there IS NO documentation required.  

If you have a PM theoretically you should only have to make decisions and then let them implement them ,  Self managing of course its your daily job to keep on top of everything.
