It's actually in a pretty good geographical location: next to Camden Yards (Orioles baseball), M&T Stadium (Ravens football), and now Horseshoe Casino.

Charlotte proper is getting a lot stiffer competition right now so I would suggest Rock Hill, Gastonia, Concord, Mooresville and with the casino coming - Kings Mountain - to start looking at alternative areas.

Not sure which Casino you work for, but there are multi-family deals in Elgin and Joliet that could work.

Also, I’m hearing from some sources at the casinos in Las Vegas that it’s pretty dead for this time of year, apart from foot traffic from conventions. 

(less than 7 days or there is usually something wrong.Marysville has the Tulalip Casino / Seattle Premium Outlets.

A new Hard Lock Casino will start operating later this year (or early next year,) the city is demolishing a lot of boarded up houses (but still have a lot to go,) price of the houses are going up for some areas and so on.

I am in Las Vegas Mid term rentals are a great option in this city as the legislation with AirBnB is ongoing and makes it difficult, plus competition with Casinos.
