Shot taxi times.. when you land the high speed turn off from the runway puts you right at the gate in a matter of 60 yo 90 seconds.. same when you light the fires.. you taxi 1 to 3 mintues and your at the departure end of the runway and never more than number 3 for take off..

If you don't follow the procedures to the "T" you leave the gate wide open for the tenant to bring in an attorney who specializes in wrongful evictions - and you know how that will go.
