I recently had a tenant move out and found that her second dog -- not the dog listed on the lease -- had destroyed the back door frame, damaged several interior doors and frames and chewed up some of the baseboard.

After initially biting the contractor the dog calmed down a bit and continued to live in the side yard and chew on the fence and the building for the next two weeks until we could get a shelter to come pick it up.Figure 3: This is a stock photo, but you'll get the idea.
