I'd give more consideration to the end user interface... the devices, how well the rooms heat up, air flow, and thermostat controls.

This way for sure you are calling the company rather than a buddy's cell phone.

I don't want them calling me 2-3-5 years later and trying to get me to sign releases...that's just killing brain cells for me...better to get it done the right way anyway.

OR if that fails, hire a plumber that does sewer cameras or pipe locating, they will have devices that they can track...

But you did notice a bug that was 100% our fault in that the cancellation link doesn't work on mobile devices... that's an oversight on our end because we didn't expect people to be setting up and editing their sites or their account on their cell phones... mainly on desktop... but as soon as you alerted us to that we fixed it. 

Between Toyota and the medical device companies, Indiana's market is definitely growing.

They know it only takes one call to my cell phone to have emergency repairs handled immediately.  

That will probably weed out at least 50% of the people looking.When someone is approved, you can change the voicemail message and continue using it for renters so they aren't calling your personal cell.
