By updating, I mean simple things like trendy paint colors (pale grays, browns, etc...), painting over interior exposed brick around the fireplaces, neutral colored carpeting instead of the stained pastel blue carpeting, painting honey brown cabinetry white, replacing beat up brass light fixtures with inexpensive nickle or chrome fixtures, etc...

In addition to that statement "Step into your greatness " quote from Les brown.

Niche model would be student housing since we some of the top colleges in RI from Brown University, Rhode Island college and Providence College and many other ones not listed.   

Governor Brown would rather fund the Bullet Train than address the dangers in our small towns.

Hey @Marcus Brown we do not currently have this feature but I like the suggestion so perhaps in a future update we can do something like this!

@Charles Brown I suspect using Google with keywords like tenant rights baltimore, first right of refusal Baltimore or similar terms will bring it up. 

Leaning towards grey with some tan/brown in it.

For example I saw someone paint a restroom brown, put up pictures of the ocean, and put seashells and  starfish around the sink and on the wall.
