The timeline on that appeared to be potentially lengthy and costly.

Honestly what I started doing more is use chatgpt to get a better idea of where to search or specific sites.

Pace has built multiple income streams that appear to be helping investors, but are really designed to make money for him.

People that specifically visit a website (realtor.com, Zillow, etc.) are more likely to be serious shoppers.

The real estate investor has advertised on this site, and continues to advertise joint ventures and private money deals in multiple states.

If not then look for asset based lendng such as ABLadvisor or similar sites.
