What are your thoughts on the current 2 month red tide/ lake o discharge issue with blue green algae in caloosahatchee and the dead fish washing up on Fort Myers Beach? 

OMG was he handsome.

Sometimes tenants will let friends come over and wash their trucks, some washing vehicles will illegally fill up large tankers for water off of your spigots, your tenants might let water run for hours for kids to play in the yard, etc.When tenants do not pay water they typically care less how much they use or if toilets run, sinks drip, bathtubs leak BUT if they pay the bill they almost always call the landlord for a single drip!

The thing is, the loan guarantor (that's what it is, not a "sponsor"--that's a word used to wash clean what this really is--a guarantee) is taking on a lot of risk.

It has been power washed and repaired where needed. :( It was the best that could be done.  

She washes all sheets and towels and makes beds.We have 5 beds in our 2 story 3 bed, 2 bath, 1700 st lake house.She also takes all the trash as we don't have trash pickup.Have had numerous people say how clean the house is.I just text her when I need house cleaned.If you pay a service you minimize your risk while paying for all the overhead.I got lucky finding a responsible person who does a great job for a great price.

In a VR, you need to wash every single fabric thing that's washable every time you change guests.
