Currently own my primary residence and 2 investment properties are a beach condo (short term) and single family home (long term rental).The problem is I run a successful business and have no time to do the research in new markets, deal flow, upgrades, making sure cashflow, property management, etc.I am also not a real estate professional.

Purchase price: $830,000 Cash invested: $225,000 The invested gain from the previous sale was utilized to upgrade, leveraging an ideal location for long-term appreciation, ultimately ensuring income during retirement.

It's been working very well for us, so no plans on changing something that isn't broken.

If you have more than that, you have to upgrade...but they just say "coming soon" for details on how much that upgrade will cost.

But for the safety of the occupants, the up charge to go to 5/8" is pretty minimal.And so with this knowledge, I'd likely look into the 5/8" upgrade!

The online payment feature was broken for a few weeks but is now functioning again.

This small upgrade can make a big difference in your home's overall appearance.

I have some unused space that i can extend the bathroom area or add a laundry area, but I have already been put a ton of work (and money) into the main area of the house and don't want to do any upgrades to the ADU that aren't critical in maximizing rental capabilities.
