When I do my presentations I just put my own together, but since I use a PP Presentation mine is usually a series of animated slides leading to that comparison.  

My wife and I live over an hour from the house so popping in wasn't very convenient and my father in law was not usually interested in checking on it so as long as rent was paid on time and the house kept clean we kind of let it slide.  

I assume your point is that it would be considered too high for the monthly fees as well, but monthly fees have have a sliding scale, lower percentages negotiated to bring it more in line.  

The slides are timed and they just tick along, you can't speed up or skip.
