I don’t have nearly as much businsss as you do but we f doo our best to try to set them up with strong motivated buyers (sometimes we’re doing a sell and buy situation), and we also offer rental listings from our PM side if they’re going through a dry spell and need to earn but fortunately that rarely happens.

I could do four walk-in closets in a day, easy, with the time while I'm waiting for the coats to dry occupied by all the other tasks around the place, even with having to wash down parts of walls and scrub the baseboards, and painting ceiling and trim both.
