I live off of my residential rentals -- and I've started writing about the ups and downs just for the fun, the blood and the guts of it all...I totally agree. 

I always thought bedbugs were transferred from person to bed because bedbugs are attracted to blood, warmth and CO2....a HUMAN.So, I am not sure how you connect the pizza to the bedbugs, but I would check your lease to see who's responsibility it was to deal with pests.

I understand one side or the other but both just makes my blood boil. 

No way to guess if LP will say "yes" or "no" without the credit report and scenario being run through LP, much to the dismay of the "I WANT ALL THE ANSWERS GUARANTEED IN BLOOD BUT NO YOU CAN'T PULL MY CREDIT!"

I calmed my girlfriend down (lest blood spurt out of here eyes) and reminded her, "this is why we have insurance.

They will suck your blood and soul to manage.

I don't chase or try to squeeze blood from turnips or whisper sweet nothings into my own ear.

@Jason HartleyIt's not that the landlord isn't repairing, but this tenant is a family of 4, the funds the landlord is offering is simply not adequate," Who Cares" how much the landlord's cost is to repair,, this isn't the tenants worry it's the landlords.. 10 days is way to long for emergency I've dealt with fire, flood and blood and can tell you a "company" dealing with this type of issues should have been sent by the insurance company to start ASAP. 10 days is like 9 days to long.

I quit early last year to pursue real estate but it's in the blood.
