ADU’s are a very popular in expensive areas, and I understand they add equity value as well.

@Robert MedinaI agree with @JD Martin that you’re in a strong position with $600/month cash flow and a solid equity base.

They both own thier own management companies as well, so they understand the needs for investors when it comes to insurance.Best,Brad 

I’m glad you were able to move on without signing, shows the agent understands/is a good guy/gal, or knows other firms wouldn’t require such a signature. 

I have managed STRs for 10 years in Los Angeles, so I understand the business and operations.

If so, then yes this is quite a solid option.
