I think its being by driven the shift toward urbanism and specifically the staff at the Hospital Center discovering the close proximity to work and all the amenitiesI'd really like to do some deals in the neighborhood to build my reputation in the community.  

Hi @Kate , I do an airB&B unit, but I don't have the seasonality of others in an urban environment as in "vacation" areas.

Our society has been very mobile for a lot of years, so they will need new places to move into as they change cities, change jobs, retire, etc.

I am focusing on areas that have seen massive urban sprawl in the last 3 years, which wouldn't include SF.

Although urban legend has it that has been a rash of these I think a search will find that there has only been ONE, and when political heat got turned up the HOA reversed themselves and deeded it back to the elderly lady in exchange for the overdue dues and some nominal late charges.I got into a discussion on this or another board a few months ago with some folks who told me about all of them because they had "heard all about it on a radio program", that was when I did the search.

This is an interesting topic.The Urban Land Institute published Technical Bulletin 50 in 1964 following a years-long collaboration with the FHA and the Public Health Service (not sure why them).
