He's a rare breed and his company is really admirable.

My pet clause (I allow a well-trained family dog) has the name and breed of the dog and specifies no other pets, including guest pets, that vaccinations and licensing must be kept current, and that they certify their dog has had no previous signs of aggression to people or animals.  

I allow large breed dogs which is something I notice most landlords don't do.

The tenants you often talk about are a MUCH different breed than the typical tenant here and in many places.

I had one BP'er post stating that certain breeds CAN be excluded regardless if it is a service pet or not.

I use State Farm because they don't have breed restrictions.
