@Nathan Frost, go to myfico dot com and look for the tab that says "Community" rather than the aspects that provide your FICO score. 

Then you get set up with this incredibly complete, user friendly REI software called epartner.

For lower credit score tenants, I only offer m2m.

If so should be a fairly simple process at 75 LTV if your credit score is solid.

This also allows you to keep the incredibly low-interest loan you currently have, and to only use the funds as you need them to acquire each new property.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

Pull your own FICO score so they have a starting point for rates without them pulling your credit and creating an inquiry.
