The monastery there was given large tracts of land in the early 1800s to provide schooling to the rural (at the time) areas of Charlotte.

Right now, I'm mostly a stay at home dad, but my dream is to start looking into that more seriously once my young kids are all school age in about 3 years, something that I can do to earn my family some additional income while maintaining flexibility to take care of the kids outside of school.

Going old school and driving for dollars, I have found some addresses.

As saving mechanism, the real estate is awesome, I purposedly buy RE in good school district or in okay distance to major university, so kid not need to be in dorm and they can stay inside our family home, that itself also is super awesome to save money.I would say I live for free in United States and giving my kids free education until university level, thanks to residential real estate.

I think the creative answer here is if you get one of those driving school cars with 2 steering wheels and 2 sets of pedals.

My girlfriend is just finishing up her schooling and internship so isn’t making any money right now but will be able to get a good job shortly after we can move.So I’m thinking of doing the 1031 into a duplex we can live in half of it and then once she has the new job we can buy a SFH together. 

I work with a guy who worked 90+ hours every week right after high school saved every penny and now not even at 30 he is doing great as a factory worker.
