Let them know you understand the problem and that you have been advised by (insert your lawyer or whatever) to just ignore them and just call the cops whenever it's appropriate, but you're hoping that if everyone just ignores them, that it will take the wind out of their sails and they will get used to having new neighbors.If your rents are just enough under market that your tenants will choose to stay, that helps, too.
