If you would like to rent to these people, but you are positive that the walls simply MUST be repainted to their current colors at the end of the lease, maybe increase the security deposit to cover the cost of professional repainting (when they leave you have "freshly painted" walls for the next tenants).

They repaired all leaks and leak stains, several of the windows, put a new roof on, and put $450 towards repainting the patio and balcony due to peeling paint concerns.

If I would put her in the other duplex would it be as simple as using that ozone generator, then re-painting, and replacing the carpet?
