I love the idea of getting a small single family in an outdoor recreational area i love to spend time in where i can rent it out when im not there. but it doesnt sound like a smart business decision. what are your thoughts?

Airy Forest abuts some properties and is a huge resource for recreation and quality of life.

Do you want to be in town or more remote towards Zion, snow Canyon, or the other national parks or recreation area.

Sequim is awesome, low rainfall, quiet country feel, access to all sorts of recreational activities, etc.Port Townsend is great to except I disliked the spring and summer weekends because traffic goes crazy.
