You will still incur costs (legal fees, re-registering title, etc), but there will be no deemed disposition at rollover.IMHO any inconvenience and costs of a section 85 rollover are still outweighed by the extra overhead and operating costs of an early incorporation.

I think once its set up, it's easy.I know some accountants that charge like $1000/month for payroll, bookeeping and taxes and at that point, its not worth paying the Accountant because the costs outweigh the tax benefits.

My buddy also showed me a financial calculator and we ran the numbers together and saw that while it costs slightly more to pay off a 30 year in 15 years, as opposed to getting the 15 year, (like Chris said), that the befits of the 30 year heavily outweigh the 15 year.
