Some are 6 months worth, some are 12 and states like Florida it's all outstanding dues. 

why not develop something more proven like hotel on portions of it and make this a larger development and carve out pieces?

It will be almost like new after we finish. 

With an interest rate like that I'd seriously consider finding a way to hang onto it and rent it long term even after moving.My wife and I sold our first home in dublin OH in 2018. 

Insurance companies are always looking for MTR that are furnished like ours  never stays vacant more than a week.

I'm currently working in commercial real estate sales, but would like to work on my own portfolio with my wife.
