I have kept track of all my expenses in an excel sheet/word document but feel like there may be a more organized and efficient method to tracking?

Are there also groups within LinkedIn that I could join or is there some other method of finding investors on LinkedIn? 

The question that I'm mulling over is, "Do I step in to fill that need, since I have the property management experience and contacts prior, or do I simply pursue investing and manage my own properties?"
