Full disclosure - Part of it was deteriorating mental health and desperation. 

Even still.. i hope you are okay mentally and emotionally, I can only imagine the stress.

And gets them have an "ownership mentality".It's one of the most rewarding ways to help people get into home ownership!

Proper physical exercise increases your chances for health, and proper mental exercise increases your chances for wealth.

I was going to buy the movie tickets in a couple of weeks and start setting up visits shortly after but if there are ideas that are much better I will go with them.BTW, for any complaining about Christmas coming too early and other bah humbug sentiments, I sing in a church choir and we are rehearsing Christmas music now and have been for a couple of weeks. 

But the biggest reason is mental.

The structure smelled like cat waste and many lower portions of wall gypsum had to be replaced, as well as other re-rehabilitation measures taken.I have never seen this with dogs--must be something about cats in particular that makes this happen.In this business we run into other mental health issues also, uber aggressiveness, suicides, etc...

So I'm doing this mental exercise to see if there's a scenario that makes sense for someone to provide the capital for the down payment while I live in one unit.

A much needed white glove customer service oriented mentality would really have an impact. 

Remember the pack mentality , devour the weak.
