When I reflect on my personal investments, etc there is absolutely no way I could have gotten to where I'm at now if I didn't leverage my mechanical abilities to get myself through some of my first deals, etc.

As far as partial payment, you'll probably get a mechanic lien.

Moving mechanicals is also expensive, and I wouldn't be surprised if this endeavor ended up costing 60-70k when it was all said and done.
