i was thinking of putting a couple mobile homes on it and renting them out or any other ideas ? 

I watched Michael's content for a couple years was eager to get into the turn key program. i gave them 20k to get started and then I had to stop the program after a just a couple property options were sent over.

As insurance woes grow over the next couple of years, I dont see this improving. 

I looked up launch control, batch leads, and a couple of others.

I've had a couple of deals in the past that could have died at the table, but I let pragmatism rule the day and it worked out just as it should in the long run.

He could have sold tax free if married but instead he’s going to ask the IRS for an $80k refund ($500k paid, says he sold for $100k) but again you will ow $250k because you said you bought it for $100k and sell for $1M. 

Now, if you pack and go to the range a couple of times a week, you are making all of us unsafe.

I've been using RentRedi for a couple years and it's been great. 

Moderating for free sucks, but the spam has increased a lot in the past couple of years and almost none is getting removed.
