This is a process that can be done on the internet in a simple manner in most states and there are plenty of  filing services who can complete this task for less than an attorney will charge.

@Jeff Anderson  I have had a related issue with Verizon, they won't install internet for the building or let me add a unit that doesn't exist. 

@Sean Gribbons I would recommend that you do some internet sleuthing to find a loan officer who is experienced with new condo developments.

@Calvin Thomas INTERNET TROLL is someone who intentionally posts inflammatory, irrelevant, or offensive comments online to provoke or upset others.

I focused in on Aldea Zama due to proximity to beach and town as well as internet.

Some guy on the internet with something to sell says it's a good idea (more of a general statement - not coming directly at you), so they decide to go all in on a flip in a city that they have never visited.
