Six months ago I hit rock bottom I have a fiance and 3 children and we all live in a camper parked at my friends house.

Additions can take many months, and your financial situation might not inspire confidence in other investors to partner.

I have decided that this life is not the life that I want to be living and I have been inspired by the bigger pockets podcast and community of investors.

I'm barley starting out and just listening to the big pockets pod cast and I'm getting very inspired on getting my license for future references. please if anyone with good advice can help me I'll truly appreciate it .
