@John UnderwoodIt’s not only STR but seeing it a lot in MFAnyone who got variable rates are hosed and are doing cash calls right now with investors or telling them they may be forced to sell and get 50 cents on the dollar.Some of these deals are kicking the van down the road as the expenses they are spending now even if they can refinance in several years is not going to make up the difference and possibly may eventually get to even but it will take a long time.

MAKE sure you regularly check the dryer vent hoses.. these will plug up faster than you realize and the better it runs the longer your dyer will last.

The water may be from a clogged condensate drain/evaporation system, or, water/icemaker line, especially if it is a plastic hose vs. soft copper.

I’d start with barring unforeseen circumstances in regards to your quote on the outlet (my preferred method since it allows for different brand EVa as well as high end air compressors,welders, etc.) you’re getting hosed.
