I totally agree about diversification.

In the example below, it shows my "Vrbo commission" is 5% and their "payment processing fee" is 3%, so they take a total of 8% (of the nightly rate + cleaning fee + pet fee). 

The rehab is done this weekend so I'm not totally done, but I finished the buying process, so I can at least share those numbers with you.Purchase price was 75k. 

But I never understand why someone hands over 10k before a job even starts.
