The appreciation models only 3%-4% for SSF which is normal for 1 mil avg houses.Do not do ADU stuffs.

I have talked to a few of these agents and while they sell this stuff  they really dont do anything except want you to make offers and then hire a contractor for a fee to go look at it..

But BP doesn't deter that, a lot of the ads push this stuff.

Don't you think your time could be more wisely used looking for additional investments rather than working on the day-to-day stuff?

Your family is going be mad if they hear you threw out everything without at least looking through some stuff.

I have 2 bedrooms already with queen beds, the middle room I can fit a queen bed and 2 night stands but not much else, or I can put twins or bunkbeds and have room for dressers and stuff.
