I've received numerous different feedback but would like a direct answer to make sure I understand how the process goes in transferring a RE license and Broker license to another state. 

@Hieu BuiI re-did the siding on a townhouse rental of mine 5 years ago in Marietta, GA, three sides only and it was around $10,000.

Curious if anyone has had success (or failure) qualifying for RE Professional status with an STR, even if not self managing?

Of course have no clue to his background in RE but it seemed to me on the surface this was a new venture for him and it certainly looks like he got over his ski tips.

Simplify as many standard processes such as online rent payment, leases, apartment turns, paint, and other materials, and re-key all locks to a master system.

Accept that the successful RE investors have a well developed skill set that is not immediately acquired.

Have your heirs repeatMany wealthy families do this over and over again and pay little to no taxes as their RE portfolio continues to grow.
