Surely it can’t be all lies, no?

My appraiser is not lying or making up numbers.

Lying isn't being creative.

People however, believe what they want to believe, and often they choose to believe a lie, because it's too inconvenient, and often too ugly, to believe the truth.

The help for affordable housing lies in less restrictive zoning, less burden from regulation, a viable freeway system, less expensive permits and development fees, and an attitude promoting sensible development.

Last year, he had to sit and stink through temperatures hot enough to make a donkey lie down and explode as techs dithered around the ancient A/C.

We self-manage and I do most of the maintenance work.As I see things, the overwhelming reality of western PA in my rental market segment is that small outfits like ours are almost exclusively composed of greedy and stupid landlords who routinely lie to, steal from, and cheat their tenants as a matter of course. 

If it were me, I might let sleeping dogs lie until I had a tenant in there for slightly more than three years, and then file my quiet title lawsuit. 

I always attend my buyer's inspection, some buyer's agents prefer not to but this always baffles me, beacause 1, you are making sure the inspector is actually conducting the inspection accordingly, I have a realtor friend that had an inspector go to the house that she was representing the buyer and the buyer nor the agent were able to attend, the inspector had lied that he went into a crawl space, but alas, the home had cameras and they saw he did not make any attempt, but he had written on the report that he went into the crawl space, now, I am not saying that it always happens but it does sometime, so you have to be careful with that.
