Just finished the inspirational podcast 301 about out-of-state investing.

I need some inspiration here... is this real?

Many times, it's just a matter of a sincere misunderstanding and the person who's asking the questions genuinely hasn't be familiarized with federal law.  

Great job man and very inspiring.

Experienced investors will want to help you if you show initiative, drive, and genuine interest.

So like with anything, build genuine connections, be helpful and provide value.For my favorite inbound guy check out Neil Patel, has great content including an awesome podcast called Marketing School.

They need a cash buyer and to get one they take price concessions.As a wholesaler (if you're genuinely tuned into the process), what you're telling the owner is that you know how to move that property fast and get them cashed out with little fuss.
