Aloha,I’m looking for some feedback on some annual historical averages on Oahu.

I just gather tips and concepts and learn on my own and apply it to my market.

Also added EV outlet for tenants to target those with EVs as willing to pay more in rent due to having their own charger option.Thanks for feedback on EV outlets versus chargers!

That's the best place to go for market-specific feedback. 

The idea is to be breakeven+ right now and gather appreciation over the next 2-5 years and then pull a refinance and increase cash flow at that point.It also matters the purchase point. 

If you do, you need to find a new one and relist with new pictures, so you may push yourself off the market a week or two.Ask your agent what feedback he is getting on the showings.
