Finally, I realized I just had to commit to one, and I landed on doing a BRRRR.

If there is still a payment left then I would as Jay mentions not give final payment until the final lien waiver has been signed.

Finally, I had to cut ties with the original contractor, get him to leave the house, change locks, put internet, surveillance systems, cameras and blocked him. 

Luckily I finally got help from the authorities.

There will be more data drive AI collecting data and putting in formats but humans still using it and interpreting it to make final decisions.

I am open to all opportunities and will carefully weigh the pros and cons before making a final decision.
