Another option I am thinking is doing the minimum to get the house I am living in fairly nice and then saving cash to eventually buy an out of state property that hopefully would cash flow. 3.

So, that you can get a fair idea of what value they provide before you jump in.  

@Brent Coombs wow I may not know much but I'm fairly sure it would be unwise to just sell my place now as the only possible strategy, and am frankly quite upset you would suggest that.

Hi Everyone, I hope you are enjoying the long weekend, I am from Regina, SK, And fairly new to Real Estate Investing.

This is a fairly new offering as the bank is itself in its early stages of growth. 

They said NO - it's no fair of us to ask for a deposit for the dogs. 

So, I would think that the only fair thing would be to interpret that to favor the tenant who did not write that lease term. 

If it is a 7 plex, then you should be able to do it fairly easily with Excel.
